4 Cork homes on sale for around €200,000

THE average price of a house in Cork county is almost €300,000, and in the city is stands at around €330,000.

But can you still a grab a bargain here for around €200,000?

The answer is yes: and I have located four properties - two in the city, two in the county - for around that price which can be moved into straight away.

2. Main Street, Ballineen, Co. Cork, €220,000

Our second home is in the sweet village of Ballineen, positioned on the Main Street so within the centre of the community.
