Youth Theatre Island, The Everyman, 3pm: Youth theatres across Ireland perform as part of Cruinniú na nÓg. Tickets free.

Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore, Cork Opera House, 7.30pm: Irish National Opera’s new production has all the ingredients of a perfect romantic comedy. Tickets €49.

Lovers, Cork Arts Theatre, 8pm: Joe and Mag sit on a hill studying for their final school exams. Andy and Hanna explore their affair. Tickets €18.
