Niamh Moynihan, founder of A Better Workday and host of The Better Workday Podcast, was the key speaker at Network Ireland West Cork’s recent networking event.

The evening, the first networking event of the year for the group, was attended by female business owners in the region.

Niamh is ionate about helping people to rediscover the joy in their work and to avoid the burnout cycle.

At the event, she shared her insights and simple strategies to reclaim back time and energy whilst navigating the working day with greater ease.

A discussion led by Niamh included Network Ireland’s National President Amy O’Sullivan, a marketing and social media expert and founder of AOS Consulting, Barry Holland Communications Manager at Cork Airport and Catherine O’Brien of O’Brien Solicitors.

The event, hosted by Network Ireland West Cork and new President Anna Healy, provided actionable insights as audiences dived into the network’s theme for 2025, ‘#BuildingCapacity’.

Anna Healy, President of Network Ireland West Cork said, “Building capacity is about expanding what you’re capable of so you can take on those bigger opportunities and keep improving.

“It’s like strengthening a muscle, you work on developing your skills, your knowledge, your resources, and your mindset so you can reach your goals and overcome your challenges. Niamh is the perfect tonic for January, as she helps us to unlock our true potential and create space in our busy lives, as we build capacity for 2025.”

Meanwhile, Ireland AM resident forager, Feebee Foran will be the keynote speaker at Network Ireland Cork’s breakfast event tomorrow.

Feebee’s talk will explore themes of resilience, transformation and purpose, sharing how personal loss shaped her entrepreneurial journey.
