Parts of Wexford and Wicklow see snow and sleet

Parts of counties Wicklow and Wexford have seen snow and sleet today.
Images on social media show falls in north Wexford, and snow sticking on roads in Co Wicklow.
A yellow alert for heavy rain remains in place in Dublin, Louth, Meath, Wexford and Wicklow until 2pm this afternoon.

Met Éireann has said rain will ease as the evening goes on.
Remaining rain in the northeast will clear overnight, the national forecaster said.
The weather forecast for Thursday reads: "Dry and bright at first tomorrow with isolated showers. Turning cloudier through the morning with more widespread and prolonged showers developing by afternoon. Rain will move into the southwest in the evening. Highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds."
